Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) said in a statement Thursday that the Senate acted “appropriately” in impeaching President Donald Trump.
Murkowski, who is up for reelection in 2022, released a statement after the House voted to impeach the 45th president. She said that the president “perpetrated false rhetoric that the election was stolen and rigged.”

Here's a funny true story. My son was on a boat for several days with Lisa and her husband down the upper Yukon. The boy got to spend some time with them and he said she was super nice, funny as heck, he liked them. I went nuts. At least the kid never voted for her.

She is banking on the Alaska Democrat Party accepting her and handing her re-election next year. Maybe, but maybe not. Alaska is a state that Democrats sometimes win in. There might be a Democrat in Alaska that doesn’t want to roll over for Murkowski. Then she will certainly be toast, but so will that seat for us be toast. Not a good situation, but Murkowski always has been a useless selfish stain on America.
