People have said a million times that a defamation suit would be great because Discovery would absolutely destroy these guys.
But not if you wimp out.
Your words are cheap. Are you willing to pay for American Thinkers lawsuits? If not, its best you keep your bravado to yourself.
It’s not wimping out when you realize that you were fed a load of BS, and the people who kept telling you the Kracken was coming left you high and dry and without a leg to stand on.
It’s not their fight — they were reporting what they were told, and nothing they were told turned out to be true, and apologizing for misleading their readers is the least they should do. Maybe be more careful next time to vet their sources. We correctly call out liberal media for failing to do this all the time.
