The government of Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte was set to collectively resign on Friday over years of mismanagement of childcare subsidies, lawmakers said.
Rutte was to inform King Willem-Alexander of the decision and hold a press conference during which he was expected to outline how the government will manage the emergency response to the COVID-19 pandemic while in caretaker status.
A new cabinet will be formed after parliamentary elections that had already been set for March 17.
The decision follows a parliamentary inquiry last month that found bureaucrats at the tax service, with government oversight, had driven thousands of families to financial ruin with wrongful accusations of fraud.

In this case they were trying to limit welfare child care fraud by immigrants. When in the Netherlands, 90% of the young children and babies you see obviously ain’t Dutch.
Probably still reeling from the Dutch Tulip Bubble bursting...
And these people want to run The World.
One odd piece of this story not readily told....there was supposed to be a new House election in the Netherlands in mid-March. So everything is lined up on timing for this election anyway.
But I noticed yesterday....one of the German state elections (schedule for April)....got pushed to September because of the Covid-19 business. Wouldn’t shock me if they pushed the Dutch election to June over Covid fears.
It is about ideology.
The-Party.
Communist party.
Absolute service to The-Party.

From what I understand, the Dutch authorities deliberately targeted certain folks. When those folks tried proving their case, the Dutch made their lives absolutely hellish.
The backlash became uncontainable during the pandemic because folks already pressed to the edge were driven over it, causing families and businesses to be destroyed. I would say it’s like the IRS version of making the Tea Party folks go through hell for those years. Except there were suicides resulting from these terrible deeds by the Dutch authorities.
It was actually worse than what happened to our Tea Party folks.
Any government that has such power is inherently destined to hell.
