After the crowd broke through the last barricade, and as SULLIVAN and the others approach the Capitol Building, SULLIVAN can be heard in the video saying at various points: “There are so many people. Let’s go. This s*** is ours! F*** yeah,” “We accomplished this s***. We did this together. F*** yeah! We are all a part of this history,” and “Let’s burn this s*** down.”

SULLIVAN, once inside the Capitol Building, roamed the building with other individuals who unlawfully entered. During one of his interactions with others, SULLIVAN can be heard in the video saying, “We gotta get this s*** burned.” At other times as he is walking through the Capitol, SULLIVAN can be heard saying, among other things, “it’s our house motherf***ers” and “we are getting this s***.”
*** At another time in the video, SULLIVAN is walking down a hallway in the U.S. Capitol with a large group of people. SULLIVAN pans to a closed door and can be heard saying, “Why don’t we go in there.” After someone hits against the door, SULLIVAN can be heard saying, “That’s what I’m sayin’, break that s***.” Further down the hall, SULLIVAN can be heard saying, “It would be fire if someone had revolutionary music and s***.”
Eventually, the law enforcement officers begin to exit and individuals within the crowd move toward the doors. As this is happening, SULLIVAN can be heard yelling after the officers, “I want you to go home,” and then yelling, “Go! Go! Get this s***!” SULLIVAN then films as others in the crowd try to break out the glass in the entryway door windows. Shortly thereafter, the video includes footage of Victim 1 getting shot as she tries to enter through the window opening.

I’ve been to three Trump rallies (2016...2019...2020) and talked to more than a few supporters there. This clown doesn’t sound *anything* like any of those folks.

Ditto. We have been to 2 Trump Rallies and never saw anyone looking or sounding like this guy.

We literally have a civil war on our hands. What you are seeing is a DOJ that has no leadership now, and some patriot elements inside FBI and DOJ are now taking action before new Administration takes over.

I was suspicious of this at first. But it’s on the Justice Department website, and has the seal and signature of the federal Magistrate Judge, so I have to assume it’s legitimate and a valid court filing.
It’s pretty damning of the whole right-wing riot narrative.

Before Parler was shut down, someone had posted a phone video from after his release. I didn’t watch it, but the synopsis was that in it, he was bragging they’d let him off without charges. He allegedly claimed he was filming for a documentary. If the FBI bought that story, they’re dumber than a box of rocks.
And Sullivan was apparently the person who said Ashley was dead before she even hit the ground.
He pretends to be a journalist everywhere he goes. Why does the FBI not know him? Why did they not keep hearing and interrogate him till he dropped? They let him go home!
FBI is a deep state Democrat party operation.
If you read the whole affidavit, it seems pretty clear this particular FBI agent knows what’s going on, he even details this guy inciting people at other riots.

I saw one site today saying that the supposed cop that shot the girl was a BLM activist as well. Don’t know if it’s true. But they were showing his picture and his name is David Bailey
Given how much misinformation is being intentionally spread out there, I’m super skeptical of anything I hear or see. But again, this is a filed pleading on the DOJ website.
The DOJ issues an Affidavit but they cannot release a photograph of the Arrestee. What’s wrong with these people?
There are videos every where of many Antifa and BLM, mostly I would say Antifa because they are extremely trained and organized in crowd agitation and false flag operations. Antifa was the main instigating force during the BLM riots, the ‘mostly peaceful’ demonstrations during the day turned violent at night when Antifa elements would instigate the initial police confrontations and fire bombings.
