Fired FBI director James Comey has said Donald Trump 'should be in jail' for the riot inside the Capitol but said that Joe Biden should consider pardoning him.
Comey said he was 'sickened' by last week's storming of the Capitol and 'angered' by the lax security which allowed the Trump mob to run amok through the halls of American democracy.
He argued that impeaching Trump would be 'good for our country' and said that the 'lawless nihilist' should be ousted from the White House before Joe Biden's inauguration.

Can someone deny a pardon if given?
Problem I see is this, Biden holds no official position, not now, not next week or next year.
That’s mighty white of Commy.
I see a run for the big house in his future
It feels like I’m living through the final episodes of 24
Actually, Trump should pardon Snowden, Assange, Capitol hill rioters and fire Wray and Haspel (and Fauci !).
So they convict him. Who the hell cares ?
They are a Parliament of Fraud, and having them all against you is a badge of honor !
F Y Comey
Remember Bubba reached a deal announced 10 minutes before he left the Whitehouse for the last time...that he would never be arrested for any crime the occurred while he was in office....or something like that and a couple other conditions.
yup! i laugh when i see biden naming so&so or other things biden is said to be doing in his play acting role of running and president-elect. Biden just follows his daily script and gets paid for it.
Sock puppet.
Hah! If anyone belongs in jail it’s this POS Comey, and thanks a lot Bagpipes Barr for seeing to that, another damn fraud.
And the horse you rode in on, Comey.
Comey is acting very fearful that Trump will might do something to hurt him before he leaves office, hence these conciliatory bleatings of late.
Reinhold fails to understand that he is worth about as much as Monica Lewinsky to the Democrat Party.
Yes, a couple of times people have declined presidential pardons. George Wilson declined a pardon from Andrew Jackson, and George Burdick declined one from Woodrow Wilson. In both cases, the SCOTUS upheld the pardonee’s right to refuse.
Pardon for what?
Repeat a lie over snd over...
This a$$ is trying to sound like he’s a decent guy (as a cop) yet he’s implying guilt.
The people on the left lie and manipulate unlike anything I’ve seen. It’s been exhausting. Everyday there is either a new bs story or another about attacks on free speech; snd/or doxing /cancelling someone .
It’s going to be a long 4 years. I’m glad Marjorie Green is turning the tables on them by initiating impeachment on Biden.

Can’t save him. That ship has left. The indictments are in. There is nothing that can stop the upcoming storm.
Trump should pardon Biden, Hillary, and Comey just to shut them up.

Gregg Jarrett: 'Russia hoax' was lie created by Hillary Clinton and one of the dirtiest political tricks ever [Good read] 10/7/2020, 12:05:00 PM · by jazusamo · 80 replies Fox News ^ | October 7, 2020 | Gregg Jarrett The genesis of the smear came from the then-presidential candidate herselfFor Hillary Clinton, inventing the lie was easy. Spreading the lie was even easier. For President Trump, uncovering the truth has been hard. The truth always has its enemies. This is the maxim – and chilling lesson – of the Russia hoax. Newly declassified handwritten notes authored by former CIA Director John Brennan show that on July 28, 2016, he briefed President Barack Obama on intelligence evidence that Clinton had approved a plan to vilify Trump with false accusations that he was colluding with Russia. She did it, the intel...
