The was one guy photographed with zip ties but it seemed stupid for him to have them out in full view when normally such a person would want to disguise their intentions and keep their hands free , not carry anything unneccesary in the hands.
Unfortunately, this guy did turn out to be a member of some right wing movement. He had full riot gear, like the other one with zip ties. He’s an AF vet from Texas, IIRC.
The weird thing was that he was there with his 53 year old mother, a plump, non-athletic looking lady who wasn’t carrying zip ties but did have some kind of vest or pack on. She was trotting along with him.
I don’t know if these people were part of an organized group or just free-lance crazies who thought they were coming to DC to mix it up with Antifa, since everybody knew that Antifa was going to be there in one form or another.
However, I doubt that they had anything to do with the panic buttons. I’m not even sure that story is true, and I think a lot more confirmation is necessary before believing somebody like Ayanna Presley.
