This is just part of the PR fraud that will become standard doctrine for the now authoritarian government. Either McCarthy had been totally comprised, assuming he was not already, or remains a very low information politician.

We will see a good deal of this kind of in the very near future, and intimidation, blackmail, and pervasive pernicious corruption becomes the premise and doctrine of the new CCP installed regime.

Weak minded fools, as McCarthy has turned out to be, will be no obstacle to the regime’s plans to destroy the culture of a free republic in America. Inevitably, McCarthy will come to some sort of realization, that he was quite wrong. But, saying that this will come way too late, will be an understatement.

Kevin Kevin Kevin. We all admired you for the job you did bringing in a lot of fresh blood into the party, a lot of veterans etc. And now you betray everything and go full deep state neocon on your base.

Trump delivered 200,000 to 400,000 supporters to the capital to protest the steal on short notice.

That’s what he’s guilty of.

He’s guilty of being a very popular president. And for that Democrats must make sure he can’t run again.

Then so does Kevin McCarthy and all of the Republicans and Democrats for going a little too easy on BLM protesters all summer long. If that didn’t happen, this “riot” probably would not have happened. Think, Kevin, think.

Kevin McCarthy is and always was a fake and a fraud. That’s what is required to be a success in DC politics. He still flows with whatever direction the political winds blow.

To cross the legal threshold from protected to unprotected speech, the Supreme Court held the speaker must intend to incite or produce imminent lawless action, and the speaker’s words or conduct must be likely to produce such action. These requirements are known as the Brandenburg test. (Brandenburg v. Ohio, 395 U.S. 444 (1969).)

First, incitement to violence requires proof that the defendant intended to incite violence or riot (whether or not it actually occurs). Careless conduct or “emotionally charged rhetoric” does not meet this standard. Second, the defendant must create a sort of roadmap for immediate harm—using general or vague references to some future act doesn’t qualify as imminent lawless action. Finally, the defendant’s words must be likely to persuade, provoke, or urge a crowd to violence. Profanity or offensive messaging alone isn’t enough; the messaging must appeal to actions that lead to imminent violence. (NAACP v. Claiborne Hardware, Co., 458 U.S. 886 (1982); Hess v. Indiana, 414 U.S. 105 (1973).)

By the legal standard, asserted by SCOTUS in Brandenburg, President Trump does not meet any of the criteria. So, Rep. McCarthy, and his followers, are full of sh*t - in plain English. More pointedly, being that most of them are lawyers, they damn well know Trump is innocent of the charge.

"McCarthy’s remarks, particularly that Trump bears responsibility for the lawlessness, follows the minority leader telling House Republicans earlier this week that Trump “told him he bears some of the responsibility for the Washington, DC riots,” as Breitbart News reported."

Remember, it’s 30-45 minute walk from Trump speech to capitol building.
Trump was supposed to speak for an hour starting at 11am.
By waiting backstage for an hour, he threw off their timelines.

washington post timeline

11:00a scheduled Trump speech start
... Trump waiting back stage deliberately
12:00p actual Trump speech start
12:40p first wave of ’protestors’ (antifa) arrive at capitol building
01:00p ‘things not going well’ Sund (capitol police capt)
01:09p Sund called the Sergeants-at-arms (‘they’d get back to him’)
01:11p trump speech end
01:56p earliest Trump supporter arrives at capitol building

There was nothing in Trump's speech that said to storm the capital.

We can however, show multiple threats from celebrities, other lawmakers, etc against Trump.
