Oh, conservatives will have a few moments of victory (like Trump) but they will never be allowed to really change anything.

Like Bush41 & Bush43....we will have spineless leaders who pay some lip service to conservatism while doing nothing to limit the deep state.

Like Rubio, Cruz and Lee...we will have conservatives who sell out to big corporate donors serving the deep state.

They are feeling their oats and the GOP is joining them instead of fighting them.

I am super negative about the future because at one time I expected the GOP to take the House in 2022 and restrict this nonsense.

But now, I honestly believe the GOP has abandoned their supporters, 80 million strong, and 15% likely will not vote for the GOP now, meaning they lose every close race.

Which means for the first time in my life I support a third party. A third party that can endorse quality conservatives and can run against RINOs. The ONLY way we take back the party is when RINO’s lose elections.

Now, the ONLY alternative to a third party is a massive primary effort in all 50 states to primary the Liz Cheney’s etc. But for that effort we would need national leadership and the RNC is part of the swamp.

Can't blame it all on the politicians. The left took over education from the top down and we didn't notice until they made it to elementary school. Drag Queen story time was the visual that woke up most conservatives but I'd bet 30% of conservatives still haven't noticed. That's decades of ignorance. Entertainment has been a slow boiling frog thing but there were signs. MTV changed the culture of children. Ratings changed from G, PG and R to several that a slight of hand and moving of the goal posts. The article makes conservatives sound lazy and/or dumb and/or naive and republicans lazy, dumb and/or naive and without morals. Unfortunately, he’s right. But hey, at least we've got our hobbies to take up our time and spend money on. The left's hobby has been the destruction of our tradition and culture. Communism as a hobby vs fishing. To them, every aspect of life is political. Every decision, a politically motivated one.
