Video 35m Start at 9m Euler’s Totient Function
GCD Greatest Common Denominator; more times then allowed to be.

What is the expected number of irreducible fractions if the data set is natural?
What did he get in Georgia?

14m That Euler Proof: Meaning, I have a distribution function for the number of GCD’s that
adds up to 100%.

16m Exponentially growing, it shouldn’t look like that. It should be a flat line with a
little bit of eve and flow, maybe with a couple of big spikes in weird places and some
outliers that equal to 1. The ratio of what you expect to what you get should be 1. Instead I
have an exponentially growing function.

17m This is fraud. This is wide spread fraud in the state of Georgia. Georgia was taken over by
an algorithm that’s the only way to explain these radical differences, from the expected
amount of fractions to particular GCD’s.

17:35m Let’s take a look at Pennsylvania now, then I’m
going to do Michigan right in front of you.

Euler proved this in the 18th Century

Powerful video. I only understood a fraction of it, but that which I did matched my knowledge of math. I will have to read up on irriducible fractions! It was Eulers brilliant proof of the summation of the power series that launched his career. Pi showed up unexpectedly in the answer as if often does in mathematics.
