“Private Companies can do what they want”
Glad you agree.
Let’s get all these businesses opened back up.
Thnx for playing...
Link is wrong I think.
The economic tidal wave of destruction hasn’t even reached shore yet. Give it about 3 more months. You can’t do what we did (near economic suicide) and come out of it quickly.
Meanwhile, at Twitter HQ in SF... YouTuber video of Jermaine Ellis checking out Twitter HQ. I follow this guy on YouTube because he has almost daily reports on the closures in San Francisco. His videos show all the empty downtown streets, devoid of customers, having boarded up restaurants, shows homeless on the streets etc. Hip young black guy on a skateboard or bike, saying the local politicians are destroying the commerce in the city. Check out the video about the 4 minute mark. Lots of barricades around Twitter HQ, lots of cops with tactical gear, helicopters overhead, and unmarked black cop vehicles. But... no Trump protesters. That building used to house a furniture mart where I bought furniture in the past, and also housed some City workers on some floors, before Twitter bought and refurbished the building. Now with Covid rules, very dead around there (2 blocks from City Hall).

Did I just get RickRolled?
Soon there will be a massive collapse in commercial real estate as thousands of restaurants close down permanently, and companies decide they like having people working from home and don’t need all those offices.
It’s Biden’s problem now.
We could be in an impending depression at this moment and not realize the impending doom until it hits us in a few weeks or months.
What happens when property tax time rolls around? All these hotels/other have land and buildings that are hardly worth anything if they can’t be open. Is the city/county gonna let them claim their $50MM hotel is only worth $500M for property taxes?
