Don’t feel like the Lone Ranger. I’ve had posts of useful material deleted for no good reason.

Jonathan Fyk wanted to sue FB because FB was acting more like a publisher than a platform.

Apparently nobody on Earth has standing to challenge the global police state machine. Nobody.

Folks should go through that list at the link.

There is one mother of a lot of bad news.

Fyk was about piercing the immunity granted under section 230 to Facebook, and the ilk.

Fyk's petition for Cert

The Roberts court is more interested in social justice than actual justice.
Doubt they know how pissed people are outside the beltway.
I no longer view them as a friend of the constitution or personal freedom...and that’s with a ‘republican’ majority.
Time for a nation wide juror strike?...(in minecraft of course)

Maybe you should at least try to say something. FR isn’t twitter: two words with no context is meaningless.

Guess what?

Deep State doesn’t need to pack the court.

I was just as articulate as the Supreme Court order which merely listed the case number and name under a list of cases where cert was denied.

For anyone here this section 230 case should have been at a level of interest just below the election irregularities cases.

That is exactly the point of all of this. Facebook, Twitter and Google can sit at the top of a coup against republican government in the 50 sates and no one can do a thing about it. Name on SC justice for whom you now have any respect.

We haven't been given a well reasoned analysis of facts and a convincing legal argument for anything of relevance.

Just utter contemptible silence from those whose first duty is Substantial Justice.

Rule 2 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure "These rules are to be interpreted to provide for the just determination of every criminal proceeding, to secure simplicity in procedure and fairness in administration, and to eliminate unjustifiable expense and delay."

Rule 1 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure provide: "These rules ...should be construed, administered, and employed by the court and the parties to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every action and proceeding. "

How many times has the SC allowed the left to successfully argue the 14th amendment equal protection clause for leftist causes...but when any conservative tries it...no standing. The Republic is dead, along with the Constitution.

Before we get too upset at this miscarriage of justice, let’s remember that Fyk got banned because he set up a Facebook page dedicated to collecting and displaying pictures of people urinating:

https://www.techdirt.com/articles/20190622/17330342453/self-made-millionaire-loses-lawsuit-over-facebooks-removal-videos-people-urinating.shtml

Political speech is not the same as ‘speech’ that approaches obscenity.

I worry about the courts too, but even if there were 9 solid conservatives on the Supreme Court, Fyk’s case is probably not the right vehicle to test the limits of section 230.

Not even close to good enough:

Bismark sank. Hindenburg crashes.

Those don’t even work as titles.

We are receiving early reports that there was some sort of conflagration on the Hindenberg as it approached its docking tower in New Jersey. We await further updates on the status of events from our reporters on the ground. News at 11.

Now there is a title for you. Your two examples are perfect titles, actually.

Apparently nobody on Earth has standing to challenge the global police state machine. Nobody.

Hey, what was it, the AGs from 18(I think) states, elected by the citizens of said state, were told they didn't have standing to bring a lawsuit that challenged the way Pennsylvania ran its election.

If the AGs of States do not have standing, who the hell does?

Well, maybe you are right, nobody on Earth has standing with SCOTUS.
