Chapman University is facing pressure to fire a professor who spoke at the pro-Trump rally in Washington, D.C. just hours before violent rioters stormed the Capitol building.

Controversial Chapman University law professor John Eastman appeared on stage with President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani at a “Stop the Steal” rally on Jan. 6, where they urged his supporters to head to the Capitol.
In response, over 150 Chapman faculty members signed onto a letter calling on the university to fire Eastman.

are we all faxing and phoning Chapman to pressure them into keeping Eastman? why, yes, yes we are.
From the text of your post, I don’t think we’re in great disagreement. My post was only intended to be w/respect to Professor Eastman’s legal strategy to refer the contested electors back to the state legislatures and the VP’s refusal to follow it.
I totally agree w/you that the courts and state legislatures have far greater culpability than Pence does; as well as Chairman Graham’s decision to delay the appointment of Justice (then Judge) Coney-Barrett to the SCOTUS long enough that Chief Justice Roberts was able to side w/the Leftists on the court in a 4-4 decision that allowed the use of unlimited mail in ballots to continue.
I try to catch both of Bannon’s WR’s Mon thru Sat; there’s a lot of good info there! Raheem Kassam’s show (National Pulse) at 3 pm EST, Mon thru Fri on Real America’s Voice is excellent too; although his style and in-depth foremat is very different than Bannon’s show.

In the end, there were many people FAR MORE responsible for this train wreck. I would put Justice Roberts at the top of the list. Fix that case on what appeared to be a clear constitutional matter and none of us are having this discussion.
