Amazon just lost 2 sales yesterday from this household because of their actions!
For me Apple is the trillion dollar question. Parler was one of the first apps I installed when I purchased my iPhone last summer. Apple had ZERO problems with hosting Parler until Friday, January 8.
I NEVER would have bought an iPhone if I knew they were going to ban social media platforms for partisan political reasons. This isn’t anywhere in their contract. Apple owes me both for the cost of the iPhone itself and my time and trouble in purchasing it and transferring contacts and data from my old Galaxy phone.
I reckon that Apple owes me somewhere between $2,000 to $3,000, along with anyone else who has an iPhone or Mac.
The Nazi’s also used big tech IBM to silence their enemies as well.
Are these the same courts that ignored massive election fraud? If so, I doubt the courts will do anything for Parler. The courts are mostly leftist and do not follow the rule of law.

Damages and court costs awarded to Parler, and a continuance of service is immediately ordered at cost of further penalty if not implemented.
That is, if the courts aren’t complete shit at this point.

Anti trust is impossible to prosecute. For one thing, much of the government data is on AWS services.
Anyone know any status or update on Parler’s getting on new servers? Serious question, please mature posters, no s*it posts, please.
Plenty of Standing because this is clearly a Contract Breach that is easy to Prove since Parler pays them for the service.
