Every contract has an implied clause of good faith and fair dealing. So they can’t simply claim that Parler didn’t live up to their terms of service, they have to prove it and prove that they didn’t do it in bad faith.
By terminating without just cause, without sufficient notice and in terminating the service based on a standard that only applied to Parler, they are in breach.
“Good luck with all that.”
Whether or not it goes well with the courts, they can’t stop We the People from boycotting Amazon.
I have deleted twitter. I joined when Trump ran for office because he used it. I didn’t debate on it a lot, because mostly I had to block people. There were some who listened, so I engaged.
That said, a tech guru I deeply respect told me the other day to at least consider that places like gab.com and parler.com were actually honey traps set up by places like google, apple, facebook, and twitter.
Their job: catch the strong, disgruntled conservatives, so they could all be blocked at some necessary time in the then future.
That idea could also be a propaganda technique designed to discredit sites such as gab or parler...or even FR.
How to tell which is true? I’m just now thinking about it.
This joining of media, government, and tech in our day could well be the unbeatable beast that the arrogant horn rides. They could ruin any one of us in an instant.
So, I think that our hope for victory in this battle is probably God alone.
I noticed that CloutHub is rampant with fake Real Donald Trump accounts.
The only safe gathering place for conservatives is here. But if DJT were to join, I’m sure that Free Republic would not be able to find an internet provider.
We all were asleep while the true fascists took over everything.
