How is a MAGA rally defined?

There is no formal institution named MAGA. MAGA is a slogan.

If one person wears a MAGA hat or carries a sign, then the rally is terrorism?

Then one can do as I have done, I have never had a single Trump bumper sticker or anything signifying I was a loyalist to him in any way.
