These men did just win re-election. There’s a limit to believable fraud. Unfortunately for Trump, 1-2% in AZ, GA, PA and WI were enough to swing the election to Biden.

Yes elections are handled by each county according to state laws in which the county resides.
Not all counties conduct fraud in elections.

Presidential election is national, and Democrat majority counties can add enough fraudulent votes in the mix to sway results.

Begging the question is one of two fallacies there. Election fraud is not a reason for trying to prevent conservatives from voting. It's a reason for getting more conservatives to vote.
