She is scared as hell about something.

I think she's gotten "orders from headquarters" to IMPEACH Trump to assure that he cannot run for a 2nd term down the road in 2024.

Impeaching President Trump a second time would NOT prevent him from running in 2024.

A conviction in the Senate might accomplish that left-wing goal.
