In practical effect, this isn’t such a big deal. What genuinelyvconservative person would want to work in modern corporate America with its suffocating
political correctness? Any company that would care what the PC Nazis of Forbes magazine thinks or says of them is a company that would be hell to work for. Trump alumni should thank Forbes for sifting out the hellish politically correct employers from their future job searches.
All that said, I do wonder whether Mr Lane ran his threatening article by his magazines legal department - and by a personal attorney who could assure him he hasn’t exposed the magazine and/or himself to liability for some kind of tort or racketeering rap. It looks like a form of protection racket to me - to the extent it’s aimed at threats to companies - and an interference with business prospects, to the extent it aims to hurt individual job applicants. I don’t know whether any of what he is threatening is illegal or actionable in civil court, but Mr Lane’s wife and kids (if any) should hope he has checked that out, so he hasn’t exposed them to having their home and savings sued out from under them.

Instead, it appears that Forbes prefers the communist method of destroying good, hardworking Americans who love our country. Why?
