can you site the case / give more info on that?
at some point as “free speech” goes out the window, the ACLU will lose it’s relevance, and thus it’s revenue streams.
so it needs to stay relevant with publicity—good or bad.
just like the head of the NYC auto-theft recovery division doesn’t REALLY want cars to stop getting stolen...or he’s out of a job/budget cuts.
and the head of the DEA doesn’t REALLY want to stop drug smuggling.
and the BOP employees dont REALLY want people to stop getting locked up.
