To get into the Capitol Building or the White House you have to contact your congressman at least two months in advance in order to receive a verified ticket with a specific time of entry. You cannot go in any time contrary to the time-stamp.
Who gave them orders to let people in without a verified time-stamped ticket?

When did that happen? It was not like that for the Capitol the last time I protested and wanted in to see my Congress Critter. Of course that was ‘90 or ‘91.
