When did that happen? It was not like that for the Capitol the last time I protested and wanted in to see my Congress Critter. Of course that was ‘90 or ‘91.
A number of years ago a guy with the last name of Weston stormed into, I think it was the Capitol, and shot up some people some to death. This guy was the cousin of one of my good friends. He was known to be crazy by his own family. After that they put a lid on people just being able to walk into the Capitol, The White House, and few other buildings and you needed a bonafide ticket from your Congressman. Back in the fall of 2018 I wanted to visit the White House and that was the procedure. So when I heard that “The Capitol police were just letting people into the building.” My first response was “Without tickets?”
