Black “boys” are 7% of the population, yet commit over 50% of the violent felonies nationwide. It’s not unreasonable for people to see Black “Boys” as a threat until proven otherwise.

What was that Michael Bloomberg quote, about how like every crime in New York City is perpetrated by minority males aged 16-25?
What percentage of the U.S. population are young black males? What percentage of crimes like theft, armed robbery, homicide, drug dealing, etc. do they commit? You can’t blame people for being subconsciously aware of reality.
And as the Capitol riot showed, if you’re white or rich, you have access to a canoe, as demonstrated by the domestic terrorists who felt so comfortable in their place in society that they were unafraid to post videos of their actions even as the FBI sought information from the public to make arrests.
