Well...we do. It turns out we have a lot of evil ways. A lot of them.

People don’t need to be evil themselves to be a part of evil, and we all fit that in one way or another.

All of us. There is a lot of work to do that, and we can be sure that the people who are evil (and there are a lot of them) are going to use every means at their disposal in the next four years to paint us as evil.

For them, I will only quote this biblical item, that I have heard and is fresh to me in my search for a relationship with God:

Woe to those who call evil good
and good evil,
who turn darkness to light
and light to darkness,
who replace bitter with sweet
and sweet with bitter.

Now, I admit ignorance. I don’t know enough to know exactly what this references directly in the Bible, and it may be something far different than I know, but...on the face of it, I can’t think of anything else than what we as Conservatives have been going through for decades now at the hands of the Left, and what we have seen even stronger in the past 13 years.

I consider it kinda like a doctor.

The patient sees him(her) and displays certain symptoms.

The doc makes a diagnosis and suggests a cure.

Patient not quite sure, goes for a second opinion.

The next doc sees the problem differently and suggests a different cure.

Which one to choose? Go for yet a THIRD opinion?

I can only say that a secular ‘fix’ may not work too well on a ‘spiritual’ problem.
