Like pretty much all conservatives, I have consistently criticized riots and other forms of political violence for many years. That includes yesterday’s Washington, D.C. riot. You can’t say the same about liberals, however. Until yesterday, one might have thought that liberals consider rioting and other forms of political violence to be as American as apple pie.

You could write a book in support of that proposition, but for now let’s cite just a few examples. Do you remember when President Trump was inaugurated on January 20, 2017? Leftist Democrats rioted in Washington that day. That riot was arguably worse, more violent and more destructive, than what happened in D.C. yesterday. The liberal rioters destroyed stores, set vehicles on fire and battled with the police. Six police officers were wounded. ...

I don’t recall a single Democratic office-holder denouncing the Democrats’ Inauguration Day riot, and the Associated Press came perilously close to praising the rioters.

Over the ensuing four years, Antifa and Black Lives Matter rioted countless times, bringing devastation to cities like Portland, Seattle, Kenosha and Minneapolis. Did any Democrats denounce these riots? Not that I remember. Many Democrats endorsed them, or seemed to do so. . . .

And let’s not forget James Hodgkinson, even though every reporter in America apparently has. Hodgkinson was the Bernie Sanders campaign volunteer who tried to assassinate the entire House Republican baseball team and very nearly succeeded, inflicting grievous and permanent injuries on Congressman Steve Scalise. Hodgkinson was not the usual 20-something loner, he was a middle-aged union official who was not insane, but just full of hate. His Facebook page was festooned with over-the-top attacks on Republicans, taken directly from speeches by Bernie Sanders and every other prominent Democrat.

Who directed the Capitol Hill Police to aggressively usher the rioters in? They didn't decide to do that on their own.

The last 36 hours have been a real eye opener. Rush and Hannity are pretty much the only two conservative media figures not begging for forgiveness for being alive. Not many we thought who were on our side would have picked up a musket in 1776.

Yes. Mr. Hineraker lifted the cover on all of the insanity polluting this country at the moment. The hatred is so poisonous that one wonders if the earth itself is not dying from the effects of it. I was, just this morning reading the story of Noah for a Bible study I am doing at our church and as I read about God's decision to destroy the earth because of the murderous corruption going on in the human population, I could not help but think of what is happening in America right now. Not only is widespread corruption abounding in almost all of our culture, it is threatening everyone who cannot afford to live in the Hampton's, with private police protection. As far as what happened at the Capitol, we all agree it was disgraceful. However, what happened all of this summer when this nation was shaken and shut in by COVID with people dying and everyone threatened was more disgraceful. Mobs of God only knows who, were rampaging for weeks without opposition or even any coverage from major news channels. Few consequences came down and calls for the police to be defunded and pretty much annihilated came across our TVs every single day. Gun sales skyrocketed and with good reason. Who can stand against an event that has scapegoated the President when, as yet, no one really knows the identity of the people who were the main instigators of what happened at the Capitol. We hear conflicting stories that most of those who went in to the Capitol building were let in by the police and even led to certain areas. Then, there were others who vandalized by breaking windows and wrecking offices who are suspected as persons maybe not with the Trump supporters. What is the truth? If we had a media, we could find out. However, all of those granted authority who are supposed to protect us, all of us, are so eaten up by the poison of their Trump hatred that they are hurting the nation worse than anything that happened at the Capitol on the 6th. I do know one thing. When anywhere from 250,000 to a million people gather in one place, no one person can control every person in that group. I recall stories of young people being trampled at rock concerts in the past when large crushing crowds gathered. So, I spend my days in prayer for everyone. Fear and hate have blinded our eyes so that we cannot see. But, you can be sure our enemies are salivating over our downfall because our family squabbles are destroying our strength and our future as a free nation. Where will the hurting people of the world go when America is no more and eats it's own. Put Donald Trump in God's hands and let him serve the next week in peace, for I have a inkling if you do not, then God might just decide that it is time take down the America flag which many want to do, and replace with, I fear, a flag of blood, tears and mourning.

Anyone who checked Antifa & co feeds knew they were planning something. The difference between Them and Us is they train for this. It was easy to create a Destructive mob mentality during the protests. One Antifa leading 10-12 Protestors in a frenzy can create much havoc.
