The DC police and FBI are asking for the same “help” . They don’t actually need your help with this, they have super advanced facial recognition, location data etc. What they want is for you to get used to the idea of ratting out your neighbors

The poster is right. But because of the government manipulated Covid hysteria, people have already gotten used to it and in fact consider it virtuous.
Take a look at the Nextdoor app, originally meant for finding lost dogs and sharing recommendations of a good plumber: now filled with squealing on neighbors for not wearing a mask or some other violation of “government orders.”
Granted it’s the liberal Karen brigade doing this, and not everybody participates, but it has sure had a chilling effect on neighborly relations.
