Two months after the 2020 presidential election, less than a day after Congress certified the Electoral College results, and facing increasing pressure to resign, Donald Trump finally admitted on Thursday that he had lost and would not serve a second term.
“Now Congress has certified the results. A new administration will be inaugurated on January 20th,” Trump said in a two-minute video posted to his Twitter feed. “My focus now turns to ensuring a smooth, orderly and seamless transition of power.”
He did not mention the name of the man who defeated him, President-elect Joe Biden. There has been no indication from the White House that Trump has, or intends to, call Biden to concede. But the president’s remarks were a stark contrast to statements he made on Wednesday, when he encouraged tens of thousands of his followers to head to the U.S. Capitol to disrupt the joint session of Congress in which lawmakers were voting on certifying the Electoral College returns. Trump had sought to block that certification, and a mob of more than 1,000 of his supporters clashed with police, broke windows and stormed into the Capitol, halting the proceedings for hours. Four people died during the melee.
Trump began his latest video by addressing what he called the “heinous attacks” on the Capitol.

And who do we have to thank? The feckless GOP who never really got behind Mr. Trump until now. Now is the season for all of them to stab him in the back, quite publicaly as they are counting on their new masters in the New Socialist Democrat Party let a few of them still get table scraps.
He is not defeated. He may have lost a battle but he hasn’t lost the war. He is the most love president of all time. He has given up much for us.
He knew the CIA was embedding phony rioters. Now they have all been exposed. All the Democrats now reveal they support MAGA. It was all a long running plan to capture subversive communists in the CIA. Trump and Pelosi will be making a joint press briefing. They will also reveal their love for each other.
It’s like Poland in WWII, never surrendered, kept fighting the Germans all through the war in various places.
Of course in the end they were betrayed by the Allies, but they never surrendered.

Actually, that is how it will work economically. A few “Panems” on the coasts, with the rest being functional servant clusters.

Trump is admitting only that they got away with cheating him of his victory.
Ashli Babbitt was an American hero. It really pisses me off that Trump effectively threw her under the bus by calling her actions heinous and criminal. And not even finding a way to mention her. And her military service. She was a true American fighting against evil forces that are stealing our freedom. Virtually the same as a foreign country invading our soil. I could easily imagine us having a conversation here in one or two years wishing that we all joined Ashli in her attempt to rectify the theft of our country. Her actions were completely understandable and President trump owes her and her family a massive apology.
She always asserted he was illegitimate and not the winner.
The oligarchy will assign office through fraudulent elections, so there is NOTHING to look forward to in 2022 and 2024 that Trump would divert life to engage. Dream on if it soothes your soul.
Only ones who owe an apology is Trump from us. We think posting and not standing up for our rights gaurentee them. Trump is in his 70’s and has done more for us, then we did for him. We let him down! We should have been protesting in the streets everyday to defend our vote. Instead we sent emails to traitors we elected thinking they would stand for our rights.
