And, with Democrats, the Constitution, law and policy do not have to be followed if it hinders their objective — the complete subservience of the American people to the radical Left.
By sitting in this information, the Intel cuckmunity has usurped the power of the state legislatures to make educated decisions on the validity of elections.
That report could have contained video evidence of Chinese soldiers stuffing all the drop boxes full of illegal ballots, and it would NOT have mattered to the certification process.
