He gave an account of what he saw, just like some people here who have done the same thing, with no video.
Why should he give away his work that he is going to be paid for? Does FR pay for reporters?

Scroll up to the top of the thread. Notice the little blue letters at the upper right. Go find someone to read them to you. You will learn that they say "News/Activism." Not just "News."
The report you are currently sneering at clearly qualifies as political activism.
I doubt that I can make you understand that (or much of anything, really), but it is nevertheless quite true.
