Thanks for that.

He certainly was ready for his closeup.

I wonder who paid him for this assassination?

From one camera angle, in one selectively shortened clip, it does look like the gun was trained on the window for upwards of 15 seconds before the shot was fired - and there’s no audible warning either.

However, from another angle, in a much longer clip, I can see three people smashing their way through the doors with as much force as they can - before numerous verbal warnings. That clip even shows one of the protesters gesturing a warning at them to get away from the doors - which they did.

Not only that, I’ve seen the eyewitness testimony of the poor young patriot who was stood right next to Ashli Babbit when she fell back after being shot - and HE says there were warnings.

So I ain’t going by ONE bit of selective evidence, I’m looking at all the footage not just from that doorway at that time but the interviews immediately following it.

Short version: here are the three clips you need to see.

https://twitter.com/kei_ryota/status/1347122857168564229
https://twitter.com/Jayyorkman/status/1347172717427126274
https://twitter.com/TomWho4/status/1347272641753837568.

The Jayyorkman clip runs longer and starts earlier than the Ryota clip showing the shooter, but is lower resolution. Five seconds into it you can see a guy with red jacket and grey hat, it is the same guy who’s in the Ryota clip.

In the JayYorkman clip you can CLEARLY hear people shouting “get back” and “get down” until exactly 14 seconds in when someone clearly shouts “He’s got a gun!” and just after that the guy in the red top reaches out to the right as if to warn the other two to back away. Thing is, we don’t know WHO shouted that. More on that in a minute.

20 seconds into clip (so a clear 5 seconds at least after hearing fifteen seconds’ worth of verbal warnings AND a hand signal) you can see Ashli Babbit climbing up at the window to climb through it. At 23 seconds in you can see a guy with a back cap, with a backpack, looking in her direction. More on him in a minute.

Back to the original clip, the one everyone is playing: https://twitter.com/kei_ryota/status/1347122857168564229

Obviously the footage in the Ryota video didn’t pick up the warning - firstly because the clipped footage started AFTER the warning was shouted, secondly the audio in that clip is nowhere near as clear as it is in the Jayyorkman footage.

The gloved hand is bobbing in and out of the doorway for quite some time - NOBODY on the other side of the door appears to be looking at it. Actually, none of them are paying any attention to ANYTHING happening the other side of the doors. Further down the hall there’s someone else stood in clear view before darting through a doorway on the left, and that is immediately followed by someone else appearing in the doorway at the far end. Just as that person dives out of view, the shot was fired - nine seconds into the clip.

Straight after the shot, 10-11 seconds in, the camera shows a young guy in a black cap, with a grey-ish backpack. That guy is one Thomas Borani from New Jersey. How do we know that? EASY - he was interviewed on camera: https://twitter.com/TomWho4/status/1347272641753837568. Same guy as at 23 seconds in on the JayYorkman video.

LISTEN TO WHAT HE SAYS: “A number of police and secret services were saying ‘get back, get down, get out of the way’. She didn’t heed the call...”

So we know exactly what happened on the protesters’ side of the door - and it is NOT fully covered by the Ryota clip.

What about on the other side?

It’s unknown. We have about eight seconds of video showing the gun hand moving back and forth, but it was trained at the one part of the doorway that had already been breached even before anybody came through.

With the immense amount of noise, and with at least two people appearing in the hallway during that time, we cannot even guess at what was being said or ordered from the gunman’s side of the doors.

It’s possible that the person stood in the doorway training his handgun at the breached door was holding fire because he could hear warnings being shouted from the other side and was perfectly aware that there were lots of security persons in there with the protesters. It’s equally possible he’d been ordered to shoot anybody and anything coming through the window.

Heck, it’s even possible the red shirt guy had seen the gun, heard the order, shouted out “He’s got a gun” and was gesticulating to the others to tell them that anyone going through that window was dead meat.

And, all it needed was for one person on the gunman’s side of the barricade to shout a warning just as Ashli Babbit launched herself through the window, for instinct to kick in.

There are numerous explanations for what happened, that don’t have to involve a deliberate, premeditated kill shot.

One of THE TESTS OF TRUTH is

Economy of Explanation.

Basically, liars make up big excuses and lies.

Thank you for your big excuse.

I think you mean pissed up post truthers lack the intellect or attention span to even review the evidence they expect everybody else to look at. Then they complain that the other side is ignoring reams upon reams of evidence.

Check this.

https://youtu.be/AfyIW8oraUk

It’s a great demonstration of confirmation bias.

Post truthers and conspiracy theorists would call the first segment the whole truth, decide they’re looking at a mugging, and dismiss the rest of the video as irrelevant or fake. Purely because it’d be inconvenient, and contradict their attention deficit opinion.

Economy of explanation goes both ways. Why do you think a third of the country doesn’t want to look at the evidence of voter fraud?

If you think we should operate like that in order to win crap arguments and score points, you are giving the RINOs the excuse to say “no electoral fraud”.

Oh - and by the way, UK news is reporting another death was a police officer who was clubbed to death with a fire extinguisher. 5 bucks says you knee-jerk react to first call BS, then decide it was Antifa, without doing even five minutes of fact checking.

So far, the death toll from the event stands at five: one protester shot, one policy officer clubbed, one protester trampled by other protesters, one stroke and one heart attack.

Four of those deaths didn’t involve any action by any Antifa, RINO, RAT or Never Trumper.

At least 2 were accidental. At least 2 were entirely medical.

As for the fifth guy - people would be far more willing to hear his side of the story if he’d been defending Trump staff had instead of RAT staff. But I suspect also the reason they don’t want to hear it is because it would kill them to find out that all five out of the five deaths that happened at that protest had NOTHING to do with politics at all. Currently we’re 0 for 4 and the far left is joking that if we’re all let off our leashes long enough we’ll kill each other off before doing anything to hurt them.

Enough with the childishly partisan, lazy assed over emotional, hyperbolic, politicised bullshit. It’s doing about as much good as shooting ourselves repeatedly in the foot.

So, to refute my claim that you are violating the Economy of Explanation TEST OF TRUTH, you write even more explanation?

Good one.

Oh, I like “economy of explanation”. I just understand it doesn’t always work in your favor.

Video evidence showing the shooter could be used in a murder prosecution, but the defense would then play the second and third videos, both of which debunk the claim that the shot was fired without any warning at all. If a parade of protesters and cops from that room all say under oath that audible warnings were very clear and Babbit simply ignored them, then where’s that going to leave your righteous indignation?

Relying on “Economy of explanation” is a good way of winning the “it was murder” argument on Twitter or FR where you’re probably preaching to the already converted. It just isn’t good enough for to secure a conviction in a murder trial, where you need to win over an audience of sceptics.

You want economy of explanation? At the moment the evidence is pointing very clearly toward a “not even a conservative jury would convict” conclusion. And that’s before we even know who the shooter is.

If that shooter turns out to be a guard, a bodyguard, a police officer, who was protecting a VIP (i.e. it was explicitly their job to guard that doorway), given that the shooter made every effort to ensure anybody at the doors could CLEARLY see the gun, Babbitt won’t be recorded as a martyr, she’ll be recorded at best as an accident casualty.

If the evidence even from other protestors confirms that Babbit was the only person who ignored the warnings, and any serving police or military officer listening to defense testimony concedes that it was a very well-signposted kill box, then the only thing Babbit’s family will be getting out of it is a Darwin Award.

Sorry to be that blunt, but it’s the thinking of people like you that keeps us having the feeling Charlie Brown gets every time Lucy whips the ball away. You are going to get another dose of that feeling if you keep ignoring reality because reality’s too complicated for you.

Federal Prosecutor Opens Excessive Force Investigation Into the Death of Ashli Babbitt: Report

Let's say this prosecutor actually charged the shooter with manslaughter. You think a DC jury would convict him of a crime when the victim had on a MAGA HAT?
