What they are are neo-feudalists. Basically fascists, but without any of the "positive" aspects (the trains will not be running on time, not for the serfs anyway) of that politico-economic system.

Their model, the chicoms, are fascists as well, despite the brand name. communism doesn't work, but fascism/feudalism does unless it's stopped by force.

There will be no division of the Big Red One coming from some free nation of the Western Civilization to liberate us. In fact Western Civ itself is dead.
