It should come as a surprise to nobody that the Georgia Senate runoff elections on Tuesday were plagued with similar technological voter fraud as the November presidential elections. Former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne revealed what he learned about it via Twitter.
“Last night we watched election data flow real-time from Georgia to Islamabad and China. They take a blank ballot, check live voter rolls overseas, pick one to attribute the vote to, and accept it,” he posted.

This jibes with what we believe we saw happen in the first election. The difference is that this time, Byrne and his team were watching it unfolding in real time.
One would think that following numerous accusations of technological voter fraud in the November election, that the follow-up election would be better prepared to handle it. But with weak and potentially compromised leadership from Republican Governor Brian Kemp and Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, there was no way they were going to be able to stop this steal any more than they stopped the first one.
Kelly Loeffler and David Purdue both lost their election bids despite leading going into the late night counting and data manipulation. If Byrne is correct, then this seems to be a good insight into what happened during the presidential election.
As long as elections are not fair or devoid of massive voter fraud, this nation is no longer free. And now that Democrats appear to have full control, it seems unlikely we’ll ever have fair elections again.
My, my emotions are running wild along with all the insults you throw around like some third grade punk.
You should tell us all how you would have handled the job of the President of the Senate since you can not understand the simple English of the 12th Amendment. What would you have done?
If you ever have to go before a judge please be sure to tell the courts that you think the US Code is bogus, I am sure that will go well.
You expected better of Pence? Just what did you expect him to do, violate the law and the Constitution?
“All” the insults? There is NOT ONE insult in what I wrote unless you do not like my characterization of some of your positions.
The only thing I wrote that even remotely would look like an insult was this, “It does not make you look like a patriot, just the opposite.” Even that only refers to how it makes you look.
You just repeated your points without addressing mine. I will address yours although I doubt you will think that it is a courageous American approach to the unprecidented crisis we are having.
First, why do you think this had anything to do with us individual citizens going to court? I can’t easily get away with ignoring laws. This is concerning the executive branch of government, checks and balances, it CAN throw weight around in extraordinary situations.
The vice president and president of the senate in his dual role is able to consider a particular portion of US code to be bogus at a time in which higher laws and unalienable rights are being violated.
Pence could start by not miscontruing in public the protests and painting the entire body of protesters as having gone too far — most did not. He appeared as though he planned to do something creative and decided not to do it only because of those people who came into the capital. Wow, just an excuse.
And he could simply say that he cannot yet count the electoral votes when he is aware of such serious evidence that the people of several concerned states have been defrauded in their votes and therefore those people and states have not (yet) received their guaranteed republican form of government, and as such more investigations must be done before the votes can be counted. There may be a “constitutional crisis” as a result, but it is a doable approach. That would be the courage we expected. Or he could creatively handle it some other way. Instead he just went along with the steal.
I see no point in debating something that has already taken it’s place in history. Mr. Pence did what he felt he should and for him to be called a coward and a traitor is not very productive to solving problems but I can see how some people need to use those labels to vent their anger.
You did say that the US Code was bogus but you didn’t say what law you do recognize.
As far your as your answer to what Pence should have done, it appears to be nothing more than wishful thinking that would have really sparked a “constitutional crisis” and all I can say to that is good luck with that.
Perhaps you are waiting for a military intervention, dream on!
Is Overstock still a conservative company?
RE: Is Overstock still a conservative company?
Hard to tell. Patrick Byrne is no longer CEO. He stepped down on August 2019.
I do not accept your distortions of my positions, or your attempts to distort what I am “waiting for,” but I am happy not to oblige your desire not to be “debating something” any more beyond that already exchanged since you initially jumped in on this thread, commented about your reading the 12th amendment and US code, and then asked a question of another Freeper.
We thus veered further off topic on this thread anyway, but any readers can now draw their own conclusions, although as you probably know few readers get down to the 65th comment on an aging thread, so it is indeed time to move on.
Good then you get the last word.
Happy New Year
Happy New Year to you too.
THAT is a bold faced LIE.
Got any examples?
I agree with your stance. A VP could actively lobby the Republican caucus or speak passionately about the irregularities and need for correction to persuade a certain course of action, but that’s about it. The senate votes. He does not have power to override it.
Do I wish he did something. Yes. Whatever the truth is I did not find the overall effort by the campaign to be organized. I am not sure what pence could have accomplished in the final hour without some sort of explosive evidence breaking that changed the discussion.
