In defense of V.P. Pence, I have read the 12th Amendment over and over several times and also the U.S. Code, Title 2 and Title 3 and nowhere can I find where the President of the Senate had any other choice than to do what Pence did.

(Never mind all the statistics, sworn affidavits, dead people, underage, in prison, out of state, illegal aliens, videos, missing trailers, pristine ballots, drop boxes, mail in FRAUD, lack of poll watchers actually being allowed to see the ballots, suitcases from under tables, ballots being voted over and over again, votes being counted as FRACTIONS, votes being moved from Trump to Biden, votes counted as 1.25 for Biden and .75 for Trump, machines connected to the Internet, machines tested having 65 to 95 per cent ERROR rates, ......
All in just the counties, in just the states, where Democrats control and where the election could be flipped.

Good God, I cant believe someone would come on FR and defend Pence? A great interview on Bannon this morning by one of the president’s lawyers regarding the legalities of Pence’s options.
Pence is a traitor. Now he wants to usurp the president.

Rightly or wrongly, Pence was the last chance at preventing the certification yesterday by sending the Electoral Vote counts back to the state legislatures in question and seeking reconfirmation.
There was apparently some disagreement of the constitutionality of this move, I agree, but counsel to the President--Rudy specifically, and others--believed it was a valid course of action...and so did the President.
Pence could have argued his case to the President and told the President ahead of time what his action was going to be...but he didn't. Instead, he betrayed the President by surprise and in public.
That's cowardice.
