Usually I prefer the protein of Carlson to the carbs of Steyn, but last night Tucker was saying political violence is always wrong and as for the system, the govt, “we’re STUCK with it.” Suck it up. Wow. He nailed it.

The media got the script they wanted yesterday and they are running with it. None of the “mostly peaceful protestors” shtick we were treated to for almost a year. None of the “well, they have a a legitimate grievance” shtick.

Instead of talking about the election fraud, the last weeks of the Trump administration will be about what a bad man he is, quislings in the administration resigning in protest, and how he should be impeached again. Anything he does (special counsels, pardons, declassifications, etc) will be called illegitimate. The deplorables will be portrayed as a mob just as they were even before they assembled yesterday.

There was never going to be a pretty ending to this story because the author of it buys ink by the barrel.
