I live in PA. They made me vote provisional, then never counted it. I voted at my correct polling place too.
Your other vote was mailed in ( printed and voted by the people counting). There should be a record of the actual voter for you. Not what they voted but that you did vote. AN audit would show when your record was updated by someone probably during the counting. I have the mailin list from Delco.
I voted in PA too, Westmoreland County. First time voting since I moved here and my prior polling place had paper ballots you filled in with a pen and then submitted into a machine. The ballots had a tab that you’d tear off and it had what number voter you were. The machine would also have the number of votes on a little counter. This place had a system of selecting your votes on a touch screen, printing, then feeding it into another machine. I thought it was weird that there was no tab or anything that showed what number voter I was, it probably isn’t significant, but I question every day who my vote actually went to.
they tried the same thing with me. I got an unsolicited mail in ballot in the mail, so I smelled a rat. I looked up the fine print and it said I could only vote in person if I brought all the parts of the vote by mail to the polls with me-—— so you better believe I had it with me. At the polls on the third they tried to tell me I had to vote provisional, so I made a hell of a scene. I’m betting same thing happened to you, and I’d be suing the country elections board. I used to be a judge of elections, so I know what happens to provisional ballots.
