New York Governor Andrew Cuomo on Wednesday announced he is deploying 1,000 members of the New York National Guard to Washington, D.C. for up to two weeks "to aid and facilitate the peaceful transition of presidential power."
Good for him, time to move the fight nation wide anyway.
On who’s authority?
Wow. I hope the guys and gals in uniform appreciate spending two weeks in tents in DC for a publicity stunt.

Have to cross NJ, D Lawrence, and Maryland state lines. It’s call intrusion of sovereignty.

I’m no military expert...or Constitutional expert...but I’d wager that only the President has the authority to move National Guard troops from state to state.
Don’t employ the National Guard to any of the riots we’ve had all year for weeks on end, though.
After refusing to deploy the National Guard while New York City while businesses were being destroyed and set on fire.
Once the Guard is there, all President Trump needs to do is nationalize them and they are under his command

If I lived in NC I would move to Florida.
I would think the President being CnC could and would use federal troops. The marine barracks in in DC.
Cuomo didn't call the National Guard to defend his state against riots all last summer.
Yet now he sends his Guard to DC for far less.

Perhaps the TX governor can borrow a couple B-52s from Barksdale?
