Looks like she was climbing through the broken window when she was shot.
That’s what I saw as well. It looked like that doorway had been barricaded and she was climbing through a broken side window to gain entry past the barricade when she was shot.
Anything beyond about what she was trying to accomplish or why those particular doors were barricaded or why the shooter opened fire would be pure speculation.
