People with a brain recognize that the virus exists but that it will not destroy humanity. The virus kills at least some people, but the numbers are inflated and in any case, we’ve been through worse.
But the reaction that our overlords are forcing on us? Definitely engineered to destroy everything. They are going for the Great Reset, and this deliberate overreaction to the virus is their most valuable tool.

It was wear masks, keep your distance, work at home insofar as possible and avoid large gatherings. Last I heard, Tokyo (population 14 million) had not yet reached 1,000 Covid deaths, most of them concentrated in night clubs and gay bars where, as one television wag put it, they do a lot more than eat and drink together.
Yeah, they are being isolationist and racist. Before you get on an inbound international flight to Japan, you need to pass a Covid test no more than 72 hours prior to boarding, you get another one on landing, you need to have somebody already there meet you at the airport and drive you to your destination (no public transportation allowed) and you need to quarantine at your destination for an additional two weeks.

Yep - been saying the same thing too. They’re doing exactly the wrong things...and it seems ‘by design’.
I seem to remember hearing that one of the outputs of how the Spanish Flu was handled was that keeping sick people indoors wasn’t the correct course of action, people outside in fresh air did better.
I have family in the UK, 4 person household, they all got it. Total lockdown. It’s inevitable, one person gets it and the rest follow - no way to avoid it.
It’s as though the Constitution has been forgotten, all wiped away under the authority of ‘a virus’. No debate is allowed, be a sheep or you’re a bad person not following dictates. The only solutions are authoritarian. Only big businesses allowed.
This is all insane.
