This is a young man who was close with my son in high school and for a time afterwards. He’s since developed serious mental issues in the form of Schizophrenia. He hears voices and is apparently without money, or a working cell phone. His family is overcome with worry.
Hopefully they find him and get him help.
My understanding is that when people with these issues start feeling better, they quit taking their meds.

No. He’s insane and could be a danger to himself and others.
Not using the right words to describe things can have serious consequences.
