Dominion plans to sue Sidney Powell, doesn't rule out Trump
Axios ^ | 1/4/20 | Dan Primack

Dominion Voting Systems plans to sue attorney Sidney Powell "imminently" for defamation, and it's continuing to explore similar suits against President Trump and others, company founder and CEO John Poulos told the Axios Re:Cap podcast on Monday.

...

Between the lines: Dominion, which makes the voting machines used in Georgia and elsewhere, has been the subject of baseless accusations of malfeasance during last November's elections.

Dominion says that the rhetorical barrage has led to death threats against its employees, including one who remains unable to return to his home.

To me the name ‘Dominion’ is a sacred one ascribed to God. This devious DVS Dominion Voter Systems is a corrupt, abomination of a company. Hope they are crushed to dust and into oblivion so richly deserved.

It’s hard to explain their application of an internet connection and remote access.

There’s no innocent explanation.

Dominion doesn’t have the ballzz to sue. Then they would have to divulge their source code, which will prove that their machine doesn’t just “count ballots”, but it can weight them, they can be assigned to different candidates, they can be accessed and manipulated through an internet connection, and probably many other “tailored” features which are a must for elections in banana republics. Nay, Dominion will NEVER sue.

Lin Wood can ably defend Sidney Powell and cause the fine against Dominion to become very, very expensive.

One of Dominion’s execs said BEFORE the Election that he was willing to go to prison for the cause - against the Trump Government.

These were public statements that Dominion had no opposition or issue with.

“Dominion ... has been the subject of baseless accusations”

So I guess the word, “allegedly” is no longer a thing?

They should have done it already, that way right now no one would have a doubt about the fraud, in fact, if the Dominion executives are so sure, why didn’t they make their machines available to fraud investigators?

They already had to retract & ‘correct’ their congressional testimony about their machines ability to connect to the internet, So...highly unlikely they want to open that can on themselves.

My Predictions (save this link):
1) Dominion does sue Powell, but not Trump.
2) Dominion wins suit easily.
3) Powell is disbarred.

What is Dominion going to sue for? Their CEO, John Poulos, lied through his teeth when he said that the machines weren't connected to the internet only to have it disproved live.

Dominion is the one who's going to be sued for breech of contract from districts all over the country who'll pretend they weren't in on the fraud and will instead blame Dominion.

I have been programming for decades, but I could have written a robust vote collection program using what I knew in high school.

The key is KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid). It seems as if Dominion added all these bells and whistles that just opened it up for hacking and corruption.

The people who purchased this code are the real dummies. They were probably all googly-eyed over all the bells and whistles when they should have demanded a simple system that did just what was necessary and in a very secure and transparent manner.

Why was Eric Coomer removed as a Director from Dominion’s page of directors post election?

Seems like nothing is transparent with this company.

Dominion has lied about their machines.

That’s gonna be a problem.

What is Dominion going to sue for?

Well they are certainly suing for 'defamation', and I suspect they might well add something like 'tortious interference with contracts' or something similar.

Susie Voyles testified before a Georgia legislative hearing that a Dominion tech signed into her pollbook remotely to change the precinct information to the correct precinct.

As an IT professional, that tells me that the pollbook was connected to the Internet...

Sidney has already told them to bring it on. Discovery won’t bide well for Dominion.
