As more vaccine is produced & other vaccine companies gain approval for their own vaccines, the number of doses should increase, so you may be eligible sooner.

That’s a long way off. Maybe more vaccine distribution before then will shorten the wait.
The reimbursement is not the primary drive for us. More and more with caps insurance companies Medicare regulations and all the nonesenae physicians are leaving the field or not entering.

What numbers are you using? If every one of 360,000,000 American caught covid, then only 72,000 would be dead?
Right now the death rate in America is 1.7% (360,364). I suspect your percentage should read 98.3% not 99.983. quite a big difference but it is only math.

I worked in pharma manufacturing for several years. The vaccines can be produced at-risk, meaning as soon as they develop a viable vaccine that does well in a small Phase Two trial group, they will start producing it in mass even before the larger Phase Three clinical trials are remotely done. If the Ph 3 trial turns out positive, you’ve already got millions of doses ready to go the day after you get FDA approval. If the Ph 3 trial turns out negative, well then you’ve got a big pile of garbage that will go down the drain. It’s not a conspiracy. When you hear hoofbeats, think horses, not zebras.....

The reason I posted this article, was because I hadn’t seen a state by state priority list of who/when people would be eligible and how many people were already vaccinated state by state. This was the 1st comprehensive list that I came across. I have friends & family asking me for information because many do want to be vaccinated. That’s their choice.
I know at least 4 people who have already been vaccinated.
I figured there were people here who would like to know about the situation in their own state.
That is all.

I think that may be the case now in some areas. But as the rollout progresses, more & more locations will be involved, so there will be more “shot givers”. : )
In Singapore, the government is asking people to volunteer to get vaccinated with one of the Western ones or be forced to get the Chinese one.
