I’d like to know more about the process and how the potential reps and judges would be chosen, but this may be as close as we get to an airing of the evidence.

Otherwise, as I understand it, and unless Mike Pence goes Rambo, we get a few hours to talk about it in each chamber, they vote and it’s done. There’s no way the House throws out Biden votes, and it’s pretty iffy in the Senate at the moment.

But, if ten days of adjudication results in the exclusion of electors, then we may have a contested election and a vote in the House. How about this - the House elects Trump, and the Senate elects Harris.

Now that would be one heck of a sitcom ! The jokes almost write themselves.

I agree that this seems a reasonable approach.

• Any state that excluded Republican observers or made it impossible for the observers to observe, should be given to Trump, because it may be impossible to catch the fraud in an audit.2
• There should be severe criminal penalties for blocking credentialed observers enacted, so that this is less likely to happen in the future.
• They should look at the Navarro report and for each claim, determine whether the claim is proven, refuted, has credible witnesses and how many, or cannot be determined either way with confidence. And they should start with the largest claims.

• They should examine all the swing states ballots using Jovan Hutton Pulitzer's methods.
  
• The audit should include a count of total physical ballots vs reported ballots. The count should be conducted in a way other than the Dominion machines.
• The audit report should include any and all chain of custody issues.
• The audit should include the forensic examinations results of the 3 counties that have been examined. And should go further and examine additional machines and counties.
• The audit should report any missing logs, including adjudication logs.
• The audit should include evidence the machines were communicating on the internet.
• The audit should include an analysis of whether signature audits during the election were sufficient and reasonably accurate.
• The audit should report whether there were any controls to prevent ballots being double scanned and double counted.
• The audit should report whether there was sufficient observation of adjudicated ballots.
• The audit should report what number and what percent of ballots went to adjudication.
• The audit should include a review of voter registration addresses and whether any of them were commercial residences, empty lots, out of state, or registration count exceeded the occupancy of the address location.
• The statistical anomalies should be examined. If there is evidence of Drop and Roll that should be part of the audit report.
• I'd like to know what happened to the overseas servers and whether they were seized and if they have been examined forensically.
• Chinese vendors offering ballot printing should be questioned and evidence of anyone buying ballots for US elections should be brought forward.

Every swinging dick and tit that wastes our tax money for a salary in the senate and the house except Pence, Hawley, and that Elder gentleman Democrat from West Virginia have done absolutely nothing to correct the problems. When Obama illegally sold firearms to Mexico, they sat by and said nothing. When Obama allowed a foreign nation access to our financial networks, they sat by and did nothing. Both are high crimes and misdemeanors at the least.

Now they want more time? How about this Cruz? How about we take a little walk I to that tent over there where you will be tried by military tribunal for treason with the rest of the scum.

Our elected officials have routinely used their seats in the halls of our government not to conduct national business but rather to use them for personal financial gain at the expense of those who voted them into their jobs. No sir. You do not get an additional 10 days. You did nothing for two months. Your time is over. Let’s see you try to push the issue your brains will be a pink mist faster than you can blink. There will be over a million amped up pissed off american patriots there with one thing on their minds. There is only one man standing in their way.
