My guess they will just say that the totals were in error in the first place and they were being corrected and that explains the change and they may be right as Dekalb is a very Democrat county. I don't deny that fraud existed and probably changed the out come. I think that you will have to do better than this. I think you will have to get people who are listed as voting to say they did not vote or really have to go out and get eye witness testimony or come up with a computer code or something else. At this late date it is not looking good.
