Here is a fundamental question: If Biden thinks government has the power to change the climate (it doesn't), why hasn't government been able to prevent hurricanes and other natural disasters?
COVID-19 is being used by politicians -- nearly all of them Democrats -- to erode our liberties. If given the power to dictate what we drive, the type of house we can live in and other freedoms we have long taken for granted, government will not be able to resist adding even more demands in the name of saving the planet.
At the 2016 World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, climate change disciples laid out their vision for America's future. By 2030, some forecast:
The U.S. will not be the world's leading superpower. A billion people will be displaced by climate change. Polluters will have to pay to emit carbon dioxide. There will be a global price on carbon (and) this will help make fossil fuels history.
If these initiatives are enacted, it will turn the United States into something other than what we have enjoyed for two centuries. Some comments by the Davos attendees dismissed the notion that a majority of citizens should decide such crucial matters, leaving decisions instead to unaccountable elites.

The world has been warming since the last Ice Age and will continue to warm till natural forces start us into another Ice Age, which was supposed to start 50 years ago.
And there is nothing puny man can do to stop it.
3000 years ago, if weather changed you were told by the priests to “Sacrifice your children to appease Baal!”
Today if weather changes, you are told to “Abort your children to appease mother Gaia!”
Between “climate change” and “universal healthcare”, no human activity is immune from government control.
And like magic the entire supply of rare earths to make motors, magnets, and batteries will magically appear without a single shovel of dirt being turned over for the ores. And guess which nation owns both Chomo Joe and 95% of the world’s supply of rare earths???
I use to manufacture a product that used about 2 lbs of tungsten. When the Thailand Tsunami hit the Chinese because the only supplier where I could find tungsten and they jacked up the prices 10 fold. BUT.... If I were to send production to China they would give the material for less then I had been buying it.
Beijing Biden will not stop China. Start learning Mandarin.
I think Byedone should stand in the way of a tornado and command it to stop. Especially after it went through a razor blade factory.
Whenever the CLIMAGEDDON assclowns start I like to toss this to them:
1. Define the “correct” temperature range for the planet.
2. Define the “correct” humidity range for the planet.
3. Define the “correct” mean sea level for the planet.
4. Define the “correct” amount of precipitation for the planet.
5. Define the “correct” makeup of the atmosphere.
6. Define the “correct” amount of sea ice at the N/S poles.
7. Define/explain past glaciation and subsequent warming without any input from humans.
