Now we will need majority vote to reject electoral slates. So will need some Dem crossover. But let's say we got 20 senators and 100 house members to object (I think I'm being conservative here). That's pretty significant and probably unprecedented in our history.

This would throw a major cloud over any Biden Administration and we would need to keep the pressure on to prosecute and jail all those who were involved in the fraud. It will be clearly shown that Trump had this election stolen through criminal and treasonous actions.

It looks as though Cruz is going to do a “conditional” objection, which is to say, not object to the Biteme electors but to the “process” and demand a 10-day delay while everything is audited. Of course, this will fail, but even so, it’s not exactly a full-throated attack on the fraud.

I don’t think the vote to reject Biteme’s electors will get over 25 in the Senate. Certainly nowhere close to 51.

But wouldn’t even matter because the House will reject this in however long it takes to call the roll.
