Vice President Mike Pence's lawyers asked a federal judge Thursday to reject a request from Rep. Louie Gohmert of Texas that attempts to force Pence to ignore electoral votes of several key states when Congress meets to certify the 2020 presidential election next week.
Pence argues that the legal issues raised by Gohmert, along with a slate of Arizona Republicans, should be addressed to the House and Senate (if they should be raised at all).
Gohmert's lawsuit is a last-gasp attempt by Republicans to persuade Pence to interfere in the declaration of President-elect Joe Biden's victory and flip the election for President Donald Trump. The brief, filed with the Eastern District of Texas, does not say if Pence would entertain that possibility, but there is no public indication he will...

Lin Wood is correct. Traitors to the constitution and the country deserve death. If Pence goes along with this fraud, which is much less than what Benedict Arnold did, he will be remembered in history as the man who sold the USA out to the ChiComs and Globalists. May his infamy never be forgotten

I’m not even sure if I see the point of the lawsuit. Either Pence has the constitutional ability to do what Gohmert says he wants him to do, or he doesn’t.
If he does, then the lawsuit is unnecessary.
If he doesn’t, the lawsuit is also unnecessary.

It is weird that this surprises people.
More to the point, to the extent that Pence has discretion in how he deals with the issues, the lawsuit seeks judicially to exercise the discretion that is Pence’s to exercise. Judicially you can only review exercise of discretion after the fact and only to determine whether the exercise of discretion was “reasonable.”
90% of the members of both the house and senate have already sold us all out to the Chinese communists and they’re not going to do a damn thing to stop them from owning us.

Or....he could have a brain tumor and it is causing him to act crazy.
But lets say, for sake of argument, that the COVID bill somehow miraculously includes a repeal or serious limitation on 230. In that case, editing Trump but not Wood, may put him in an interesting position to hold twitter accountable. Not sure, but perhaps possible.
Mike Pence and Mark Meadows are going to do nothing to stop the steal. They are both establishment spit licks.

The masks are off...which is somewhat ironic since the traitors are pushing for a masked society.
