I asked the same question.
To be honest, I didn’t think they proved anything even when the pictures first came out. To me, they seem to be the overage that wasn’t ever mailed out.
However, I had people who know more than I do, that the ballots that were meant to be mailed would have come PREFOLDED instead of flat and ready for stuffing into envelopes. These are fraud ballots that were to be used just to stuff the ballot box for Biden so they didn’t need to be folded.
Not saying I agree with that, just what some people were arguing.
Not only is there evidence of election fraud, there evidence is overwhelming.
Either way, they should be secured under lock and key, and have a seal.
Or misprints which were not distributed or counted...

I do not know what they do in GA, but in NC, every ballot has to be accounted for, even the ones which are not voted. If X ballots are printed, the ballots given to voters + the ballots spoiled + the ballots left over have to equal X. You just cannot print up an extra million ballots and then shred them without verifying the number of unused ballots.

If they printed 1 million extra ballots, then there better be a million ballots in those boxes waiting to be shredded. If there are less than a million, they need to figure out what happened.
I had the same question. Byrne said these were counterfeit and that they had samples of them. (I hope they got a video of the guy reaching in and picking them up with his or her face too.)
Anyway, let’s go with that for a moment. What would one counterfeit ballot be doing any where near an election facility? Test ballots, not that many.
If these ballots were used for the crime, they would have been filled out and mixed in with all the others. These were extras in case needed, otherwise they would be with the others right now.
You will never get access to Fulton co.s ballots now. Watch. Because the counterfeits are all mixed in there.
So if you go with these are counterfeit, because they have already been tested, they are busted. And the proof will be no access to fulton’s ballots.

You have to wonder why they would have so many printed, and then not used. Kind of a waste of money, especially if they had more printed than actual registered voters. Based on other elections, and your current voter registrations, you should know the number of ballots you'd need to have on hand on Election Day. There can't be that many people in that county that didn't vote, to account for all those "left-over" ballots sitting there on those pallets.
Does anyone know the actual number of registered voters in Fulton County versus the number that cast a ballot this year?
The picture with the ballots out of the boxes that are wrapped in plastic. Would that one plastic pack hold 100 ballots? The boxes say 100 are inside. Are they saying 100 packets of 100 ballots in each packet? That would be 10,000 ballots in each box. If that's the case, they ordered far more ballots than was ever necessary, unless of course they planned on cheating. Somebody authorized this expenditure, and needs to be held accountable for the excessive waste of taxpayer money, not to mention the apparent fraud.

Yeah, proof would be good to have now. We’ve been inundated with allegations from the “proof, we don’t have no proof, we don’t need no stinkin’ proof” crowd. It’s annoying at best and, at worst, distracts from areas where we actually do have proof.

The proffered explanation is that these were back-up ballots that all Ga counties are required by law to have in case the machines break down. And they are required to be destroyed if not used.
Don’t know. Just what I’ve seen, no idea of the veracity.
