That's probably the same methodology you employ with patients, strictly with chances that you are correct.
I say with confidence, that all doctors make mistakes, especially when they talk about a patient they never saw themselves. You cannot state unequivocally that I am wrong. So you are, like me, offering your opinion. However, you assume that because you are a doctor yourself that you know you are correct and that I am wrong. But the reality, it's just your opinion. In fact, you do not have evidence to support your claim. Because you can't be sure that another blood clot, that may have developed during surgery, and thus was not noticed, did him in.
You kind of remind me of that psychiatrist, Dr. Bandy X. Lee, that performs remote diagnosis from afar on President Trump, while never even talking to him in person.
