Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine on Wednesday signed a bill requiring fetal remains from surgical abortions be cremated or buried, The Associated Press reports.
Senate Bill 27 allows a woman to decide what she wants to do with the remains. If she doesn’t want to choose, the clinic will have to choose for her. The legislation requires abortion clinics to pay for burial or cremation and carries a first-degree misdemeanor penalty if the requirements are not met.

Next thing we’ll here is a fundraiser for the women who can’t afford the funeral. Right now the individual is responsible for the costs. Either that of a potter’s Field type place. I think that’s what they call the free cemetery in New York City.
This puts the aborted fetus into human category by treating thee remains with respect.
Planned Barrenhood has hundreds of Osama Obama appointees on speed dial.This will be struck down by 5PM.
The law should include naming the baby and listing dates of birth and death on both a certificate and headstone.
There are no remains after they make the fetal growth medium to make the mandatory vaccines.
Any law that makes P P pay out money to lessen its ill-gained profits from baby murder is OK by me.
But, some socialist liberal judge at state or federal level will strike the law down. Whether the US Supreme Court will ever allow restrictions on abortion is unknown as some of Pres. Trump’s recent additions to the court have already shown that they are ready to join weasel Roberts.
That should make the baby feel much better
