An Albany man has been charged after threatening a campaign worker on Thursday around 1 p.m., according to the Albany Police Department (APD). Police said a campaign worker walked up to the home of Derek Dubose, 49, and left a campaign flyer. At some point, Dubose walked out of his home, saw the worker, yelled a racial slur, then threatened him, according to APD. When officers arrived, Dubose was arrested and taken to the Law Enforcement Center to be questioned by investigators. He is being charged with terroristic threats and acts and has been taken to the Dougherty County Jail.

If the guy had a no trespassing sign in his yard the campaign worker was actually trespassing.

Of course Kamala Harris and other Democrats can threaten people all day - but never EVER threaten a Democrat.

Again we now have 2 systems of law in this country.

As one who has knocked on many doors over the past 50 years campaigning for candidates, I have had more than a few doors slammed in my face. But no threats of bodily harm. I certainly would not go on someone’s property if there was a no trespassing sign I would not go on the property.

If this is the entire story, and the person was threatened with physical harm by the home owner, then the homeowner should have been charged.

No argument. But I’m old fashioned. I think arsonists should be prosecuted.
