Covid can screw up the blood, causing clots which can cause blockages and then coronaries. My cousin recently tested positive and one of the things prescribed was 81mg aspirin to prevent clots. Letlow’s surgery MAY have been a procedure to v dissolve and remove a clot and open up an arterial passage.

I think you’re right. He might of had a blood clot that they were trying to catch with a filter. Could have been a blood clot they were trying to break up. COVID-19 causes blood clots to form.
